Real Raval Illustration
Illustration for the third edition of Real Raval, a Barcelona based fanzine which invites different artists to illustrate phrases overheard in Raval (a one of a kind neighhbourhood in the center of Barcelona). I illustrated the phrase “You have to live the moment kid, you have to live it.” The pandemic changed the launch of this fanzine (and also the world), but this phrase is still just as valid. Memento Mori reminds us of the finitude of life. You have to live the moments, the nows. One moment at a time.
